The processing of technical logs is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure the security, stability, and correct functioning of the website.
2. Hosting and Infrastructure
This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) to ensure the security and performance of the website (WAF, DDoS protection).
This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to provide a secure and stable service.

3. YouTube (No-Cookie Mode)
We use YouTube's "Enhanced Privacy Mode" (youtube-nocookie.com). This means YouTube won't store information about you unless you explicitly play the video. By clicking "Play," you consent to YouTube/Google processing your data. Detailed info: Google Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
wav2life does not use tracking or profiling cookies. We use a local storage key named yt-consent (local storage is a technical alternative to cookies) solely to remember your preference regarding the loading of YouTube videos. This is a functional choice and is not used for tracking or marketing purposes. You can reset this choice at any time by clicking "REVOKE COOKIE CONSENT" under any video or by clearing your browser cache.
5. External Links
We provide links to Spotify, Apple Music, and Bandcamp. We are not responsible for how these platforms process your data. We recommend reading their respective privacy policies upon arrival.
6. User Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of any personal data. However, since we do not store names, emails, or user profiles, we typically do not hold any data that can identify you. For any request you can write to info@wav2life.com. If you contact us via email, we will process your email address and any information provided solely to respond to your inquiry.
